Ross Halfin: Rock Photography Masterclass
Out of all the wonderful rock photographers Ross Halfin has probably had the most fun.
He started out sneaking his camera into gigs to snap the likes of The Who and Led Zeppelin and getting published in Melody Maker and the NME.
His cameras have shot definitive moments in the Punk era of the 70s including The Jam, The Clash, Adam Ant, The Sex Pistols and spent most of the 80's touring with bands like Iron Maiden, Metallica, Def Leppard, Kiss, Motley Crue, he's been the official tour photographer for Paul McCartney and continues to shoot extensively for all the major music press.

Arctic Monkeys
Sheffield band Arctic Monkeys rose to prominence with their No.1 debut single ‘I Bet You Look Good On The Dancefloor’ in October 2005, much boosted by their Internet-connected fanbase. The increasing hype surrounding the band was confirmed when their first two albums won the 2007 and 2008 BRIT Award for Best British Album. This signed guitar was used by guitarist Jamie Cook on the recording of their first album Whatever People Say I Am, That’s What I’m Not, at the time the fastest-selling debut album by a British act.
