Venue Accessibility
Housed within our fully accessible exhibition building, the British Music Experience has been designed to cater for visitors of all ages and abilities. With interactive hands-on exhibits, audio-visual interpretation and additional support material, we provide a full and enriching experience for all of our visitors.
Audio Visual elements:
- The rich mix of audiovisual content in the exhibition is enhanced with voice over, subtitles and provision for portable hearing loops.
- Portable hearing loops are available on request from the exhibition retail area.
- Most interactives have headphones as well as extra jack points for your own headphones.
- Braille Experience Guides and 'text to speak' tickets are available on request from the exhibition retail area.

Special Educational Needs
The Jam studio – our state of the art education space and the pre-show area are equipped with room induction loops.
