On arrival
Our entrance is at the Pier Head (river) side of the Cunard Building. You may be asked to join a queue before entering. Our crew will help you with any questions when you arrive.

Pay with card
We prefer card or contactless payments in the museum.

Extra cleaning
Hand sanitising stations are available in key areas, to use before using an audio guide or touching our interactive displays.

Storing your belongings
Prams and buggies are welcome inside the museum. We offer a small number of lockers which are operated by a one-pound coin.

One-way routes
Our free visitor maps will guide you around the museum using a one-way route. Our large open galleries mean that it is easy to find your own personal space.

The Gibson Studio
Hand sanitiser is provided for playing the instruments with regular cleaning provided by crew. Our crew will be on hand to answer any questions.

Audio guides
We offer Audio Guides to enhance your experience. We offer headphones or you can use you own.

Café
You can use counter service in our Star Café. There is some outdoor seating if the weather is fine.

Shop
We ask that you don’t try on any clothing.

Get Tested
Rapid Lateral Flow Tests are now available for everyone. Everyone can play their part in keeping things safe by taking regular tests.

If you’re feeling unwell
Please stay home if you have any Covid symptoms (these are listed on the NHS website) or if you’ve recently been in contact with someone who has Covid. If you are unable to use your tickets because you are unwell, please contact info@britishmusicexperience.com to arrange a ticket swap.
