The British Music Experience is delighted to announce the Resident Pass which allows visitors living within Liverpool ‘L” postcodes unlimited entry for the year for the price of a standard adult ticket. Children under 5 still go free.

Residents of Liverpool (living in postcodes L1 – L80) can apply for a Resident Pass by completing the application form on this page.  The Resident Pass grants free entry to the British Music Experience every day, all the year round.

PLEASE NOTE: THE RESIDENT PASS MUST BE APPLIED FOR IN PERSON AT BRITISH MUSIC EXPERIENCE BOX OFFICE.  IT IS NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE ONLINE

With an ever-evolving collection of costumes, instruments, memorabilia and interactive installations, The British Music Experience is constantly celebrating the arrival of something new. The Residents’ Pass will allow music enthusiasts the opportunity to be the first to experience new arrivals and keep up to date with new and exciting exhibits.  

How to Apply for a Resident Pass

Print off and complete a British Music Experience Resident Pass application form (CLICK HERE) and present it at the British Music Experience, Cunard Building, Pier Head, Liverpool, with proof of ID and 'L' postcode residence.  The Resident Pass will be issued with your admission ticket.

The British Music Experience is open daily throughout the year, except 25 and 26 December. You simply need to show your Residents Pass to receive free entry.
