LIPA Sixth Form Presents: Queen - A Legacy

'Queen: A Legacy' is a spectacular tribute show presented by LIPA Sixth Form College's Session band, paying homage to the iconic band Queen. Set against the backdrop of the prestigious British Music Experience museum, which houses Freddie Mercury's iconic costumes and Roger Taylor's legendary drums, the performance becomes a truly immersive celebration of Queen's unparalleled legacy.

This electrifying production, performed by the talented LIPA Sixth Form College Session band, captures the essence of Queen's music, celebrating their timeless hits and legendary performances. Audiences will be taken on a musical journey through Queen's evolution, experiencing the raw energy of their early works and the groundbreaking sound that defined an era. The show features meticulously recreated performances of Queen's greatest hits, including Bohemian Rhapsody, We Will Rock You, Somebody to Love, and many more.

As a special addition to the evening, the band will be supported by the LIPA Sixth Form Pop Choir, who will enchant the audience with arrangements of well-known popular songs. This dynamic collaboration enhances the overall experience, showcasing the diverse musical talents of LIPA Sixth Form College and creating a night of entertainment that transcends generations.

As a bonus, during the interval, the audience is invited to freely explore the British Music Experience museum, offering an up-close encounter with Freddie Mercury's iconic costumes and Roger Taylor's legendary drums. This immersive experience adds an extra layer of authenticity, allowing attendees to connect even more intimately with the rich history of Queen.
